Job summary

Fishbeck is actively seeking a Water and Wastewater Engineer for our Ohio offices. The role includes planning and design from concept to construction, coordinating with clients, evaluating data, and developing basis of design and hydraulic calculations.

Qualified candidates have a BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering and a PE in Ohio or ability to obtain within six months, with 5+ years of relevant experience. CAD, BIM/Revit, and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer registration in Ohio or ability to obtain within six months is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Planning and design of water and wastewater projects, from concept through construction.
• Coordination with clients to obtain background and operating information.
• Data evaluation, identification of appropriate treatment technologies, development of basis of design and hydraulic calculations, and preparation of engineering reports.
• Development of design drawings and specifications and obtaining construction permits from regulatory agencies.
• Interaction with project teams in a multi-disciplinary and multi-office environment.
• Participation in marketing efforts with client visits and support in writing proposals and fee development.
