Join to apply for the Water/Wastewater Engineer - Entry Level role at Whitman, Requardt and Associates, LLP

We are seeking an entry-level Water / Wastewater Engineer in our Pittsburgh, PA Regional office. Responsibilities include water and sewer pipeline design, modeling, rehabilitation, utility relocation services, and construction administration. Projects involve new pipelines and rehabilitation of existing pipelines throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region, requiring coordination with various disciplines.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
  2. 0 – 4 years of water / wastewater design experience.
  3. Relevant Internship experience.
  4. Understanding of or experience designing water and wastewater facilities including pipelines, pumping systems, and treatment systems.
  5. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and water distribution and sewer modeling software is a plus.
  6. Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  7. Ability to handle multiple projects and manage time accordingly.
  8. Positive attitude and willingness to work cooperatively with others.
  9. Passing grade on the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam or EIT preferred.
