Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Civil Engineering degree required; December 2026 graduates encouraged to apply.
• Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) or Engineer Intern registration or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 0–2 years in water/wastewater design, collection, distribution, pumping, storage, or treatment.
• Software experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support senior engineers in planning, design, and implementation of water and wastewater systems.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications, and construction cost estimates.
• Analyze existing water/wastewater systems to identify deficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Design water/wastewater and utility infrastructure, including CAD drafting.
• Provide technical support during construction, including shop drawings, RFIs, site visits, and field inspections.
• Assist in developing solutions that meet environmental, regulatory, and budgetary requirements.
• Prepare GIS exhibits and manage field data in ArcGIS.
