Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in the state of employment or ability to be registered with reciprocity.
• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater collection, distribution, pumping systems, storage, treatment, and utility infrastructure design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Adaptable and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and proactive problem solving.
• Servant leader committed to collaboration, innovation, and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Build a water / wastewater treatment business in Florida to complement the existing conveyance team.
• Coordinate between clients, design teams, and stakeholders; maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business development activities including client interaction and engagement as project manager or SME for municipal water / wastewater projects.
• Lead and participate in project pursuit and delivery to create an exemplary client experience.
• Lead, train, and mentor project teams through planning and design of water and wastewater projects.
