Qualifications

• requires ABET-accredited BSCE
• PE registration in the state or ability to reciprocity
• 4–10 years of water/wastewater design experience
• experience with utility district and municipality clients
• UWHC familiarity is a plus
• proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD; Revit; hydraulic modeling software a plus
• entrepreneurial mindset with proactive problem solving
• servant leadership and collaboration to develop others

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and design of water and wastewater infrastructure including collection systems, distributions, and treatment facilities
• Coordinate with internal and external project teams on project delivery
• Maintain quality control of plans, specifications, and deliverables
• Build and maintain client relationships while participating in business development and proposal preparation
