Job summary

Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Engineer in our downtown Philadelphia, PA office. You will engage in water and sewer modeling, facility evaluation, design, and construction administration to support scalable infrastructure projects.

Qualified candidates hold a BS in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, 5–10 years of PA design experience, and a PE license or eligibility via comity. Proficiency with AutoCAD/REVIT and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from ABET accredited program
• 5–10 years of progressive water and wastewater facility design experience in Pennsylvania
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania or eligible for licensure within 6 months via comity
• Experience with AutoCAD and REVIT; water/sewer modeling software is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills; team-oriented collaboration

We are currently seeking an experienced Water / Wastewater Engineer in our downtown Philadelphia, PA office. Responsibilities will include water and sewer modeling, water and wastewater facility evaluation, design, and construction administration.

Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited program
• Must have 5 - 10 years of progressive experience in water and wastewater facility design in the state of Pennsylvania
• Must be a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Pennsylvania or have the ability to obtain licensure within 6 months through comity from another state
• Must have experience with AutoCAD, REVIT
• Experience with water and sewer modeling software preferred
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to work cooperatively with others

The expected compensation range for this position is $90,000.00 - $185,000.00. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
