Job Details

We are seeking a seasoned engineering professional with deep experience in water and wastewater systems to support complex infrastructure projects from planning through execution. This role combines technical leadership, project oversight, and client‑facing responsibilities, with opportunities to contribute to organizational growth and technical excellence.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an engineering discipline such as Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or a closely related field
  • At least seven years of progressive experience supporting and managing water and/or wastewater engineering projects
  • Strong understanding of treatment processes, hydraulic principles, and permitting or regulatory coordination
  • Working knowledge of structural design fundamentals, applicable codes, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in computer‑aided design tools and common engineering software platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to independently assess engineering challenges and apply established methods and standards
  • Proven capability to collaborate across teams and locations, balancing technical and interpersonal communication
  • Experience working directly with clients and supporting long‑term professional relationships
  • Exposure to business development activities within the water or wastewater sector
  • Participation in technical committees, industry groups, or professional associations is preferred
