Job summary

Rk K is seeking an Electrical/Control Systems Engineer to design and support electrical and I&C systems for water and wastewater facilities. Responsibilities include analytical design, load calculations, and development of SLDs/schematics, with strong NEC/NFPA 70 coordination.

You will engineer PLC-based control, HMI/SCADA monitoring, and telemetry networks for reliable remote operation, and design motor control for pumping systems with VFD integration and interlocks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 6 months of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and support electrical and I&C systems for water and wastewater facilities.
• Perform load calculations, voltage drops, and equipment derating.
• Develop and review electrical deliverables (SLDs, schematics, narratives).
• Coordinate design with NEC/NFPA 70 requirements.
• Engineer PLC-based control, HMI/SCADA, and telemetry networks.
• Design motor control for pumping systems with VFDs and interlocks.
• Review submittals, assist with cost estimates, and support commissioning.
