J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. is seeking a collaborative Professional Engineer (P.E.) to join the Water Treatment Group in Salt Lake City, UT. The role focuses on water and wastewater treatment planning, design, and project delivery across the Intermountain West, with opportunities to work with multiple offices and clients.

The ideal candidate has a B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering, 5+ years of relevant experience, and a P.E. license (or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months.
• 5+ years of water/wastewater treatment experience.
• Experience in planning, design, and analysis of treatment systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and offices.

Responsabilités

• Lead multi-disciplinary design teams in planning, design, and construction of municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Serve as a technical resource across offices, supporting QA/QC and design excellence.
• Collaborate with clients, regulators, and internal teams from project conception through completion.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and technical delivery.
• Support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.
