The role focuses on water and wastewater treatment planning, design, and construction, collaborating with operators, clients, regulators, and colleagues to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions. The ideal candidate will have a civil/environmental engineering degree, a P.E.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to acquire licensure within 6 months
• 5+ years of water / wastewater treatment experience
• Experience in planning, design, and analysis of treatment systems
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work across multiple teams and offices

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary design teams in the planning, design, and construction of municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment projects
• Serve as a technical resource across offices, supporting QA/QC and design excellence
• Collaborate with clients, regulators, and internal teams from project conception through completion
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and technical delivery
• Support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
