You will collaborate with operators, clients, regulators, and teammates to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions. The role requires a Civil or Environmental Engineering degree, PE licensure (or eligibility within 6 months), 5+ years of water/wastewater experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Licensed Professional Engineer (or the ability to acquire licensure within 6 months).
• 5+ years of water / wastewater treatment experience.
• Experience in planning, design, and analysis of treatment systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and offices

• Lead multi-disciplinary design teams in the planning, design, and construction of municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Serve as a technical resource across offices, supporting QA/QC and design excellence.
• Collaborate with clients, regulators, and internal teams from project conception through completion.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and technical delivery.
• Support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.
