J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. in Kaysville, UT seeks a collaborative Professional Engineer (P.E.) to join our Water Treatment Group. You will lead municipal and industrial water and wastewater projects across offices, focusing on planning, design, and construction with practical, high‑quality solutions.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering, a P.E. license or eligibility within six months, and 5+ years of water/wastewater experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Licensed Professional Engineer or able to obtain licensure within 6 months.
• 5+ years of water/wastewater treatment experience.
• Experience in planning, design, and analysis of treatment systems.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary design teams in planning, design, and construction of municipal and industrial water and wastewater projects.
• Serve as a technical resource across offices, supporting QA/QC and design excellence.
• Collaborate with clients, regulators, and internal teams from project conception through completion.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and technical delivery.
• Support business development and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.
