Job summary

Robert G. Campbell and Associates is seeking a Water/Wastewater Design Engineer to join our site design team. This role is primarily onsite, working with teams in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee, focusing on treatment facility planning, water distribution, and sewer design.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Civil Engineering with PE licensure and has CAD/GIS proficiency, along with topographic survey experience, to deliver turnkey project solutions.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• 5+ years of experience and PE licensure in the US.
• Proficiency with water distribution and wastewater systems.
• CAD/GIS skills: Haestad or similar modeling; AutoCAD/Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and analysis of water/wastewater facilities and networks.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to obtain approvals.
• Collaborate with private and local government clients.
• Support funding applications and assist with related processes.
• Work with site development, survey, and inspection staff on turnkey projects.
