The role emphasizes safety, quality, short‑term scheduling, permit coordination, and subcontract management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Proficiency in MS Outlook/Word/Excel and current OSHA/First Aid training are required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising water and/or wastewater projects.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Current training: Competent Person in Trenching, Scaffolds, Rigging, Confined Space, and Fall Protection.
• OSHA 10-hour, First Aid & CPR, SWPPP Inspector, silica, Risk Management, and Accident training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage self-perform mechanical, yard piping and concrete crews on water/wastewater related projects.
• Maintain a safe workplace and administer safety policy.
• Ensure quality standards are met or exceeded.
• Short-term scheduling including manpower and equipment resources.
• Coordinate permit and regulatory inspections.
• Field document control including daily reports.
• Progress photographs.
• Material handling, receiving, inventory, storage, spare parts.
• Subcontract coordination and jobsite hiring.
• As-Built drawings and post-construction review.
• Small tool management and knowledge of contract documents.
• Maintain a clean and orderly jobsite.
• Identify and communicate changes in scope to Project Manager.
