Job summary

L7 Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Superintendent with strong Water/Wastewater experience to oversee upgrades to water and wastewater facilities in the Melbourne, FL area.

The Superintendent will provide daily onsite leadership and supervision of all field personnel, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements. This role requires knowledge of piping, mechanical, and concrete work specific to the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
• Strong knowledge of water/wastewater systems, treatment plants, and construction processes.
• Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish within schedule and budget.
• Exceptional communication with field teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage water and wastewater construction projects (plants, pipelines, system improvements).
• Teach and train others on site.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and subcontractors.
• Drive projects to completion with attention to safety and quality.
• Oversee daily site operations and maintain documentation.
• Lead meetings and manage budgets and deadlines.
• Resolve issues collaboratively with the project team.
