McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. is seeking a Water Project Manager to lead field operations on large water/wastewater projects. The role focuses on safety, financial performance, and developing the project team from start to finish.
Responsibilities include coordinating with estimators, superintendents, and vendors to ensure on-time project delivery, self-perform work where appropriate, and maintaining strong relationships with owners and subcontractors.

The Water Project Manager is the primary leader in the field, and is directly accountable for the safety, financial performance, and team development on site. The Project Manager will lead the project team in the construction of the entire Project. This position is responsible for providing effective leadership to the project staff and ensuring quality and timely completion of the project. McCarthy water and wastewater treatment construction projects range from twenty million to three-hundred million dollars, which include a significant amount of self-perform scopes. .
