Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in water and wastewater construction.
• Experience supporting underground utilities construction (waterlines, sewer, storm drain, force mains).
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs, and project documents.
• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day coordination and administration.
• Experience preparing and tracking RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Ability to assist with schedules, quantities, cost tracking, and progress reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential conflicts.
• Experience coordinating with owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Ability to visit active construction sites and support field operations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and construction safety practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities
