Responsibilities

• In a supervisory capacity, the Project Manager plans, develops, coordinates, and directs a number of projects of various size and importance.
• Supervises engineering and supports personnel: assigns and schedules work; establishes project priorities and standards; organizes project team meetings.
• Takes lead role in project budgeting and staffing needs.
• Generates and completes contracts with clients for projects under his/her responsibility.
• Promote QA/QC culture and follow the policy manual.
• Responsible for QC reviews and constructability reviews or assist in design/planning/review of other projects.
• Coordinates Construction Administration services; leads reviews of Change Orders with Principal.
• Leads Agency reviews for project teams.
• Completes projects of various scope and complexity; acts as a technical specialist.
• Develops select clients and new business in area of expertise; performs marketing activities and proposals; negotiates fees.
