Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of progressive construction management experience.
• CCM certification strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality for on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change management, pay applications, and closeout documentation as applicable.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, agencies, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain project progress.
• Promote job site safety and oversee applicable environmental compliance requirements.
• Lead and mentor project staff and coordinate workload.
• Facilitate startup/commissioning activities, punch lists, and coordination with supporting teams.
• Support constructability reviews and value engineering efforts to improve delivery efficiency.
