Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of laborer experience in water and wastewater infrastructure or related construction
• General construction labor skills
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Experience operating additional equipment or instruments is a plus
• Ability to perform physical requirements: standing, reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, climbing
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involving physical labor on active construction projects
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist with jobsite setup and control measures
• Operate basic hand and power tools as required
• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards
• Work in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and wind
• Follow all safety policies and guidelines
• Perform other labor-related duties as instructed by supervisor
