Job summary

• Work in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain and wind.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Lift, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other labor-related duties as instructed by the supervisor.

Position Summary

Crescent Constructors, Inc. is seeking Laborers to support the construction of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Laborers perform a variety of tasks involving physical labor, including site preparation, material handling, and assisting skilled craft workers as needed. This role provides hands-on experience in heavy civil construction while contributing to critical community infrastructure and maintaining a strong focus on safety.

What You'll Do

• Perform tasks involving physical labor on active construction projects
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist with jobsite setup and control measures
• Operate basic hand and power tools as required
• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate potential hazards
• Work in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and wind
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Lift, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Perform other labor-related duties as instructed by the supervisor

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year of laborer experience in water and wastewater infrastructure or a related construction industry
• General construction labor skills
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Experience operating additional equipment or instruments is a plus
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, including prolonged standing, reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and climbing
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to take direction from supervisors and remain task-oriented
• Commitment to following all company and general safety rules, policies, and guidelines
