Crescent Constructors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Loader Operator to support water and wastewater projects, underground utilities, and heavy civil construction.

You will safely operate wheel loaders, load trucks, and position materials across active job sites while coordinating with foremen and crews. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of loader experience, understands trenching and safety practices around utilities, and can perform inspections and routine maintenance.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of loader operation experience.
• Experience on water/wastewater or heavy civil projects preferred.
• Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate wheel loaders to move materials on active sites.
• Support excavation, backfill, and site preparation tasks.
• Load trucks and position materials for underground utilities.
• Conduct daily inspections and report mechanical issues.
• Coordinate with foremen and field crews to maintain productivity.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety policies.
