Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and dedication to completing projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Observe construction work to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Measure distances and verify dimensions for structural installations.
• Verify levels, alignment, and elevation of installations.
• Maintain a daily log of construction and inspection activities.
• Compute monthly estimates of work completed and review contractor payments.
• Prepare sketches of installations that deviate from plans for record drawings.
• Coordinate with testing laboratories and request necessary testing.
• Discuss deviations with engineers, contractors, and owners to ensure compliance.
