Job summary

DM Enterprises is seeking an experienced Construction Inspector to oversee inspection of civil and mechanical systems across Water Distribution, Wastewater, and treatment facilities. You will support construction management, maintain records, and ensure QA/QC while coordinating with clients and contractors on site.

The role requires field inspection expertise, ability to read plans, and familiarity with ASTM/ACI testing. Competitive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High-School Diploma required with field inspection experience.
• 3 years of field inspection experience on water/wastewater projects.
• Experience reading plans, specs, and codes; ASTM/ACI testing knowledge preferred.
• Familiarity with project documentation and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily site inspections to ensure plans, specs, and codes compliance.
• Develop daily construction progress using client software.
• Review quantities and monitor payments to contractor.
• Act as Owner’s agent during construction; ensure QA of installed work.
• Review progression against schedule and manage RFIs, submittals, changes.
• Coordinate with client, contractor, and project team; maintain records.
• Oversee submittals, shop drawings, and temporary traffic control.
• Evaluate change orders and claims; support monthly reporting.
• Ensure safety and ethical conduct per company policies.
