The role involves field observations, documentation, and coordinating testing, reviews, and client meetings to ensure conformance with construction documents. Qualified candidates will have relevant certifications and a valid driver's license; degrees or experience requirements vary as specified in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Conducting construction site observations to verify conformance with construction documents and other applicable standards
• Documenting daily construction activities
• Coordinating construction material testing
• Assisting with shop drawing reviews and materials submittals
• Coordinating construction and client meetings
• Reviewing RFPs, RFIs and change order requests
• Communicating with the project manager and team on construction issues, design intent and field conditions
• Preparing, reviewing and distributing weekly and other applicable reports and meeting minutes
• Preparing and processing pay applications and change orders
