Job summary

DCCM Infrastructure Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex wastewater infrastructure projects across Central Florida, from planning through closeout. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality while ensuring regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a PE license in Florida, 10+ years in water/wastewater engineering, and 5+ years of project management experience, with strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, collection systems, and reuse systems.
• Experience with Florida regulatory agencies (FDEP, WMDs, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex wastewater infrastructure projects from planning to closeout.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with municipal and utility clients and regulatory agencies.
• Provide senior technical guidance on wastewater systems.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and staffing plans.
• Support proposal development and client interviews in Florida.
