Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or environmental engineering.
• Engineer-in-Training certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Internship in water/wastewater or environmental engineering preferred.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD; Civil 3D familiarity preferred.
• Clear written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers on water, wastewater, and environmental projects.
• Assist with environmental planning, permitting, and compliance efforts for infrastructure and development projects.
• Prepare environmental reports, technical studies, and supporting documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Support environmental permitting applications and coordinate with regulatory agencies.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other software to support environmental design and documentation.
• Manage tasks to meet project scope, schedule, and quality goals.
