Job summary

Corporate Environmental Risk Management, L.L.C. is seeking a Project Manager to lead distribution and water/wastewater projects within our Capital Improvement Program. The role involves overseeing design efforts, ensuring adherence to program protocols, and resolving delivery issues to support client services.

The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, project management, and communication abilities, with experience in CIP and various contracting methods. Travel to field sites is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Capital Improvement Programs (CIP).
• Experience with contracts such as DBB, DB, CMAR, and PDB.
• Experience in distribution and/or wastewater systems.
• Ability to coordinate with Owner’s representative through planning, design and construction phases.
• Experience with Word and Excel.
• Familiar with PMIS software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wastewater and distribution system projects with schedule, budget, and submittal tracking.
• Provide input to resolve field contractor issues and ensure progress payments.
• Coordinate with construction managers, outreach, engineering, and contractors as needed.
• Maintain effective client communications to develop collaborative solutions.
• Discuss results and recommendations with clients to support informed decisions.
• Prepare and review investigative, regulatory, or solution reports.
• Manage deliverables to scope, schedule, and budget; attend progress meetings.
• Coordinate with Construction Manager during the construction phase.
