Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and eight years of engineering experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Texas or ability to obtain within six months.
• Experience with design, construction, inspection of water/wastewater infrastructure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Approve, process, and seal plans and construction documents per regulations.
• Lead technically complex projects and coordinate multi-discipline teams.
• Develop cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for projects.
• Provide technical oversight from design through completion and ensure regulatory compliance.
