Job summary

McKim & Creed is seeking a CAD Designer for its Water/Wastewater team in High Point, NC. You will prepare utility designs and construction documents, supporting the Water Business Unit and client needs.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in Civil infrastructure and strong Autodesk/Revit/AutoCAD skills, along with MS Office and document management experience. Opportunity to grow within a collaborative, employee-owned firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Civil AEC career experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Civil infrastructure (Water/Wastewater) preferred.
• Proficiencies: Autodesk, Revit, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D; MS Office, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Engage with project leads and assist design and drafting.
• Support projects in development and maintenance of content.
• Maintain awareness of current and future project needs.
• Participate in evaluation and testing of new design technology and workflows.
• Stay informed of latest industry trends in design technology content creation and management.
