Job summary

Primo Brands Corporation in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Service Technician to support our growing beverage brand portfolio. You will build high-trust relationships with customers, perform service on water vending machines, and ensure our products and services reflect the Primo brand each day.

Responsibilities include maintenance, sanitation, repairs, and lab sampling; respond to service calls promptly; manage inventory and parts; conduct daily pre-trip vehicle checks; and promote exceptional

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use diagnostic tools.
• Ability to use application based handheld devices.
• Excellent planning, time management, organization and problem solving skills.
• Basic math skills proficiency.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time when servicing equipment.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet Company driver qualification standards.
• Flexibility to work weekends based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Build high impact relationships with customers and ensure products, equipment, and services reflect the Primo brand.
• Perform maintenance, sanitation, repairs and lab sampling on water vending machines while adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner and close service requirements with accuracy and precision.
• Load equipment parts and manage inventory.
• Conduct daily pre-trip inspection and maintain cleanliness of vehicle.
• Collect cash/coins within designated retail markets and vending locations.
• Serve as a Primo brand ambassador by nurturing quality relationships with customers and providing exceptional experiences.
