This position offers a full-time schedule (Monday-Friday) with a focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork, providing hands-on experience in utility and infrastructure maintenance.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physically demanding work including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous utility, construction, maintenance, or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the repair and maintenance of water lines.
• Work with crew members to locate and repair water leaks.
• Dig trenches and assist with water line installations and replacements.
• Operate hand tools and equipment safely.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and supplies.
• Perform routine maintenance on water utility infrastructure.
• Follow all safety procedures and work-site guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks as directed by supervisors.
