Responsibilities

• Contribute technical knowledge related to water and regulatory programs to projects.
• Coordinate with regulators and utility personnel to address compliance needs.
• Lead development of client-ready documents, manuals, and procedures.
• Manage multiple assignments and ensure deliverables on schedule with QA/QC.
• Lead teams of internal staff and subject matter experts.
• Conduct research and analysis to support project outcomes.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication.
• Show proficiency with relevant software tools.
