Job summary

Cadmus Group is seeking a qualified professional to assist government agencies and utilities with water system design, operation, and regulatory challenges related to SDWA implementation. The role involves technical, programmatic, and policy insights, plus travel to water and wastewater sites.

You will collaborate with regulators and utility operators, develop guidance documents, and manage multiple assignments, ensuring quality deliverables and client satisfaction while advancing public health

Qualifications

• Master's degree with coursework in engineering, public administration, public health, environmental science and policy plus 6 years of experience or Bachelor's with same coursework plus 8 years of experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills; able to learn quickly and work independently or in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical knowledge related to water and wastewater utilities and regulatory program implementation oversight.
• Coordinate with water utility personnel and regulators to address compliance and operational needs.
• Lead development of client-ready documents, manuals, procedures, and resources; ensure deliverables on time and client satisfaction.

Education

Master's degree with relevant coursework (engineering/public health/environmental science)

Bachelor's degree with same coursework
