Knowledge of and experience with Clean Water Act (CWA) requirements and program implementation is also desired but not required. Travel to water and wastewater systems is anticipated. The successful candidate would be comfortable communicating and working with water and wastewater utility operators and managers and their regulators and have a strong familiarity with the challenges operators face.
