Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Seven years of progressively responsible supervisory experience in water utility management, contract administration, water system design and construction or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Must possess Class IV certifications in Water Production, Distribution, and Treatment and Wastewater Treatment and Collection (Louisiana).
• Must possess a valid driver's license and obtain/state license as required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee construction projects, maintenance activities and operations of Water and Wastewater Departments.
• Supervise staff; plan, assign, review, and discipline as needed; manage budgets and procurement.
• Ensure compliance with EPA, DEQ and health regulations; review plans and specifications for projects.
