Job summary

The City of Wylie is seeking an Equipment Operator I in Public Works. The role performs manual labor, operates vehicles, and maintains equipment in outdoor conditions, with after-hours call-out on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keeps work areas clean, cleans, maintains, and services tools and equipment.
• Loads and unloads materials and equipment.
• Reads, understands, and follows written and oral job instructions, plans, maps, and drawings.
• Submits written reports legibly and completely.
