• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering or Project Management.
• Current South Carolina PE license is required.
• Experience leading large-scale capital programs in water/wastewater utilities or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of capital planning, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management at executive level.
