Job summary

You will manage scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety while maintaining client trust and ensuring regulatory compliance across design, permitting, construction support, and QA/QC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required.
• PE license is required.
• 4+ years in water/wastewater engineering with project management experience.
• Strong QA/QC knowledge and regulatory awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead water, wastewater, and sewer projects from proposal through closeout.
• Own project scope, budget, schedule, staffing, quality, and risk.
• Coordinate contracts, subconsultants, and project documentation.
• Monitor financial performance including forecasting and invoicing.
• Develop health and safety plans and ensure QA/QC compliance.
• Provide timely updates to clients and project teams; manage risks.
