Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages department staff, ensuring effective work planning and development.
• Establishes project governance, manages resources, and defines methodologies.
• Advises Board committees on project status, changes, and budget impact.
• Oversees capital projects for infrastructure, facilities, and systems.
• Directs development of capital improvements program and master planning.
• Monitors budgets, schedules, and performance; coordinates design consultants and contractors.
• Represents BJWSA at meetings and maintains relationships with stakeholders.
