Ceres Environmental Operations is seeking a Water Truck Driver to support field crews across Florida project sites. You will operate a water truck, perform dust control, and help maintain safe, efficient job sites.

The role requires a CDL, 2+ years of heavy equipment experience, compliance with DOT regulations, and flexibility for overtime and weekends; on-site work with travel as needed, competitive pay, benefits, and potential for overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating water trucks or similar heavy equipment.
• Valid CDL with Class B or Class A endorsements.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate a water truck safely and distribute water for dust control across project sites.
• Perform pre-trip, daily inspections of the vehicle.
• Monitor water levels and refill to maintain continuous operations.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Coordinate watering schedules with field supervisors and crews.
• Maintain logs of vehicle usage, maintenance, and activities.
• Report mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Assist with general site tasks when not operating the truck.
