Job summary

Packard Culligan’s Minnetonka dealership is seeking a Service Technician with strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will install, service, and repair residential water treatment equipment while representing Culligan in the community.

The role emphasizes problem solving, ability to handle physical tasks up to 185 lbs, and a customer-focused approach. Training is provided and opportunities for advancement exist within the Packard Culligan group.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and superior problem-solving skills.
• High motivation to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
• 1 year of prior plumbing and/or water conditioning service/installation experience (preferred).
• Ability to solve problems quickly with good critical thinking.
• Ability to work under deadlines and in physically demanding conditions (lift up to 185 lbs).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
