Job summary

Packard Culligan Group of Dealerships is seeking a Service Technician to service residential customers and support sales growth. The role requires experience in water treatment or HVAC/plumbing, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.

A valid IL driver’s license and DOT physical are required. The technician will represent the Culligan brand, install and repair water treatment equipment, maintain professionalism with clients, and

Qualifications

• Previous experience in water treatment or HVAC/plumbing/mechanical industries.
• Mechanical inclination and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of hydronic, electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to solve problems quickly, with strong critical thinking.
• Able to work under deadlines and perform physical tasks (up to 185 lbs).
• Professional verbal and written communications skills.
• 1+ year in a customer service role.
• Valid IL driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass DOT physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Represent Culligan in the community in a safe and professional manner.
• Service, install and repair commercial and industrial water treatment equipment.
• Maintain professional attitude with customers in accounts.
• Promote and sell other Culligan products and services.
