Trane Technologies is seeking a Water Treatment Specialist to perform start-up, commissioning, and servicing of water treatment equipment at customer locations. The role involves end-to-end chemistry testing, use of field tools and software, and coordinating with customers for project success.

You will bring HVAC experience, basic chemistry, plumbing skills, and a valid driver’s license; the job is on-site with occasional overtime and travel, backed by strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• 5+ years HVAC experience is typical for the role.
• Working knowledge of basic chemistry and water testing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end water chemistry testing and commissioning on projects.
• Serve as direct customer contact and ensure satisfaction on site.
• Coordinate requirements with team leader and customer for on-site success.
• Diagnose and repair equipment using blueprints and standard specs.
• Travel for on-site installations and occasional overtime as needed.
• Maintain safety standards and asset accountability on site.
