Trane Supply in Austin, TX is hiring a Water Treatment Technician Team Leader to supervise field technicians for start-up, commissioning, and servicing of water treatment equipment on customer sites.

You will conduct end-to-end water chemistry testing, coordinate with the Area Service Manager and clients to meet project requirements, and diagnose issues using blueprints and specifications while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Associate's degree or technical certificate in HVAC is preferred.
• Minimum five years’ experience in HVAC is required.
• Working knowledge of basic chemistry and ability to read water test results.
• Plumbing skills (PVC, copper, iron) are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Field Technicians performing start-up, commissioning, and service.
• Lead detailed end-to-end water chemistry testing on projects.
• Serve as direct customer contact and ensure satisfaction on site.
• Coordinate with Area Service Manager to capture requirements and forecast issues.
• Diagnose and repair equipment using blueprints and engineering specs.
• Promote safety and manage assets and on-site logistics, including overtime.
