Job summary

The U.S. Water Culligan Group is offering a Water Treatment Service Technician training path that starts with a 7-week hands-on program combining classroom, shop, and field training.

You will learn to install water softeners, filtration systems, and other equipment in customers' homes while building a clear path for advancement. This role features an hourly wage plus commissions, lead and retention bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working with hands, problem solving, and helping customers.
• Handy or mechanically inclined.
• Comfortable with physical work and tight spaces.
• Plumbing/mechanical experience preferred but not required.
• No college degree required.
• Must lift 80 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Install new water treatment systems.
• Analyze and diagnose customer water quality issues.
• Repair water conditioning, drinking water, and related equipment.
• Educate customers on system use and care.
• Manage service documentation.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service to ensure exceptional service.
• Safely operate a company vehicle.
• Use power tools, hand tools, pipe fittings to install and service systems.
• Use plumbing training to support daily work.
