Job summary

XRI Water is seeking a Water Treatment Operator to perform field and wellsite duties, ensuring data integrity and up-time of treatment systems. You will monitor processes, collect samples, and support control systems across multiple worksites.

This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and rotating shift schedules. Strong English communication and basic math, plus Excel/Outlook skills, help ensure compliant operations and accurate daily reporting.

Qualifications

• Educational background as stated: high school diploma or GED.
• Strong reading, writing and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with basic mathematics and numerical data.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to diagnose problems and follow safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor water treatment levels during shifts and ensure up-time.
• Perform routine water quality tests hourly and record data.
• Operate and maintain treatment equipment and control systems.
• Record hourly data for daily reporting and communicate with supervisors.
• Comply with regulatory, environmental and safety rules and company policies.
