Job summary

American Aqua is a fast-growing water treatment company in Michigan seeking Water Treatment Technicians to service residential and commercial clients, performing repair or new installation of equipment to achieve optimal water quality.

The technician will learn our systems to respond to sales calls professionally and represent our core values: Team, Accountability, Expertise, Preparedness, and Communication.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of service installation and/or equipment repair preferred.
• Water softener installation and/or plumbing experience is a plus!
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with tools and repair work, mechanically inclined
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 60lbs
• Must have a good driving record to drive a company vehicle

Responsibilities

• Service residential and commercial clients, providing repair or new installation of water treatment equipment.
• Plan, layout, organize and execute work with minimum supervision.
• Respond to sales calls in a professional manner with a solid knowledge of our water treatment systems.

Our Water Treatment Technicians are responsible for servicing our residential and commercial clients, providing repair or new installation of equipment that result in the best water possible for all clients. The technician will gain knowledge of our water treatment systems allowing them to respond to sales calls in the most professional manner. This team member must reflect and represent our core values (Team, Accountability, Expertise, Preparedness, and Communication).

Responsibilities And Duties Include

• Ability to plan, layout, organize and execute work with minimum or no supervision ? Interest in a career in water treatment.
• Proficient with tools and repair work, mechanically inclined
• 1-2 years of service installation and/or equipment repair preferred
• Water softener installation and/or plumbing experience is a plus!
