Red Cap Plumbing, Air, and electric is currently seeking Water Treatment Specialists to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our water treatment specialists install and maintain water heaters and tankless systems, provide recommendations and treat customers with the utmost respect and attention.

What Will I Do?

• Install and service water heaters and tankless water heaters (residential)
• Maintain, diagnose, and repair of residential and water treatment equipment
• Prepare written recommendations and options for clients using our software (Service Titan)
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Generate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork at the job site and electronically process credit card transactions

Do I Have What It Takes?

• 2 years of plumbing experience servicing and installing water treatment equipment
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a timely manner, ensuring the job is done correctly the first time
• Ability to lift, carry and maneuver a minimum of 100 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device
• Work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely
• Must be able to work on ladders, roofs and medium to high heights
• Service Titan experience preferred
