Garratt-Callahan seeks a Water Treatment Chemical Service Technician in Baton Rouge, LA to support the existing customer base and perform water testing at customer sites, including data centers and industrial facilities. You will promote our proprietary chemical blends and monitoring technology, helping keep boilers and cooling towers energy efficient.

Qualifications

• Technical degree as listed in Requirements.
• Three+ years in water treatment chemical industry preferred; training/mentoring available.
• Must live in Baton Rouge or nearby; familiar with industrial marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Solve customers' water problems.
• Treat industrial boilers and cooling towers for energy efficiency.
• Perform detailed water testing & analyses at sites (industrial, data centers, etc.).
• Help sell Garratt-Callahan's chemical blends, equipment and monitoring tech.
• Passivation of stainless steel in water treatment systems.
• Support Water Safety Programs and maintain customer relationships.
